Mr. Kocho Angjushev PhD is a successful businessman and former Deputy Prime Minister in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, university professor and philanthropist.

From 2017 to 2020, he held the position of Deputy President of the Government, in charge of economic affairs.

From 2000 to 2002 he was Deputy General Director for Production at the State Electricity Production Company of Macedonia (ESM).

In 2003, Dr. Angjushev founded Fero Invest, one of the largest companies in the Macedonian economy and a leader in its sector.

Since 2004, Dr. Angjushev is an active member and then Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of North Macedonia. He is the president of the Macedonian Energy Association within the Chamber.

Mr. Kocho Angjushev PhD is a full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje.

Todor Angjushev is a co-owner of FERO INVEST and EMS, and a CEO of the companies of our group: biogas power plant Bio Enterprise, EMS LLC (Energy Maintenance Solutions) and MHE (Small Hydro Power Stations).

He is a member of the management board of the Chamber of Commerce of North Macedonia and president of the Group for renewable sources of electricity that operates within the chamber.

As a managing person, he directly participates in the construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of more than 50 small hydro power plants in North Macedonia, Georgia, Kosovo and Montenegro, over 50 photovoltaic power plants and one biogas power plant.

From 1999 to 2010, as a graduate electrical engineer, Todor Angjushev worked in managerial and responsible positions in the Relay Protection Sectors in the two most important state energy companies, MEPSO and ESM – Electricity Production Company of Macedonia.

Todor Angjushev is the author of several professional papers and has given a large number of lectures related to renewable sources of electricity and electric energy.

Filip Andreski is a Research and Development Manager at EMS (Energy Maintenance Solutions), a company within the Fero Invest group.
As a mechanical engineer, since 2011 he has been continuously engaged in various positions in companies within the group and is actively involved in planning, designing and implementing a large number of projects for renewable energy sources.
His specialty is the design of hydraulic turbines, project management, preparation of feasibility studies and due diligence.

Igor Petroski is the menager of the procurement department within the Fero Invest group.
As a mechanical engineer graduate, he started working in the group in 2006, first as a procurement officer, and then from 2020 as menager of the procurement department.
With his experience and acquired knowledge, he manages procurement and logistics procedures, primarily related to equipment and materials intended for different types of power plants based on renewable energy sources.

Jasminka Anevska is Human Resources and Corporate Communications manager in the Fero Invest group.

She graduated from the Interdisciplinary Studies in Journalism and master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. In her career, she worked as a journalist, editor and host of informative broadcasts in several national TV houses, after which she moved to the position of Chief of staff and public relations advisor to the CEO of the state electricity production company AD ESM.

With her previous work experience, Anevska in Fero Invest contributes to a significant presentation of our company in the public, promotion of our work and products, as well as of the social responsibility that is an integral part of the corporate brand, and addressing to the public the challenges faced by the industry.

In the area of human resources, continuous efforts are being done to improve and optimize the performance of the working processes, as well as to increase the satisfaction of both sides of the work process – employer and employee.

Aleksandar Ilioski is the manager of the IT department of the Fero Invest group.

As a graduate IT engineer, for the administration of computer networks and security, he leads the IT department since 2018.

In addition to his experience specializing in network and server infrastructure, some of his main tasks are: virtualization, cloud services, endpoint protection, control and management of advanced generation of FireWall, IPSec tunnels, APN and other WAN / LAN network segments

He is also responsible for improving the IT processes in the group, managing projects in his area, developing new security policies, implementing backup and disaster strategies.

The coordination of the dailz IT tasks performed by the department is also of great importance, in order to ensure maximum availability and full functionality of the applications used in the group.

Stefan Keckarovski is the Legal Department Manager within the Fero Invest group, which he has been leading since 2016.

He has a master’s degree in international law and international relations, and with his experience and acquired knowledge, he successfully coordinates activities related to all legal issues in all companies which are part of the Fero Invest Group.

His specialty is the legal field related to energy and the construction of electrical power stations from renewable sources of energy.
