Highly Efficient Clean Energy Generation

SHPP Vranovska started the operation in 2017, as a part of the project for construction of four SHPPs on river Topolka water stream. The project consists of 3 SHPPs connected in cascade and a separate plant, with total installed power generation of 7.6 MW. The project is to be finished in 2019.

  • Installed water flow of 0.9 m3/s with gross head of 114m
  • Complete electro-technical solution for four-nozzle Pelton-turbine rated at 820 kW
  • Electrical equipment including: 1.000 kVA transformer, 20 kV switchgear, low-voltage switchboard automation, control and monitoring (SCADA)
  • Machine automation system with process visualization
